Who This Service Is For
This service is for anyone who received a copy of their JPAS report, found factual errors, and has evidence to support the facts. It is very important that your JPAS is correct, as this is the record the Government/Employer uses to determine eligibility. If a potential employer runs your JPAS and there are issues, this can impact your employment.
You’ve received a copy of your JPAS report and found factual error. You have solid evidence to support the true facts in your case. You want to correct the record so that it will longer impede you in gaining or regaining your Security Clearance.
How The Correction To JPAS Process Works
Unless You Have Solid Evidence, We Will Not Sell You This Service
It’s critical that you understand that 99.9% of the time, you will lose a request for JPAS correction. If you don’t have any evidence and supporting documentation, we won’t even offer this to you. You will not win without evidence.
Some companies will provide this service for you knowing you cannot win without evidence. We won’t and don’t do that. We adamantly refuse to take money from clients when there is no chance of success. However, if you have undeniable proof and solid documentation, we will work with you to correct your JPAS.
We Work With You To Package Your Request For Correction Of JPAS
You gather together all your information, documentation and supporting evidence. We represent you as your security clearance lawyer and write the letter and annotate your supporting evidence. We provide a professionally written law firm letter addressing the issues—outlining what needs to be corrected. Again, we want to emphasize that it is a very difficult thing to correct a JPAS report. We send off the letter on your behalf. Typically you get a response within 30 days.
JPAS Correction Request Ends In One Of Two Ways
1 Your request is denied.
OR
2 Usually JPAS provides us with a letter with their decision and further instructions on the agency that provided the incorrect information. This could be a previous or current employer that submitted wrong information. Entries in JPAS are manual, and sometimes a Security Officer/Manager will enter a wrong code in JPAS, therefore creating an error.
Why You Need This Service
- There is no way that you could do this yourself. You must retain a security clearance attorney who knows how to request a JPAS correction.
- You must understand the type of evidence that is needed to succeed.
How This Service Helps You
- We advise you whether or not you have a chance to get a correction.
- If you have supporting evidence, we help you package that evidence so that the government can see that it is irrefutable.
- We write the letter and annotate your evidence so that the government can clearly understand what you’ve provided.
